This solution has been designed to be implemented as part of the tender evaluation process. It provides vital planning and decision making information.

Our Success Ènsurer solution assures the effective management of the execution phase of the project. It continually and independently monitors the overall project cost and schedule influencing factors empowering the project team to focus on the job in hand.

Our Project Specialists will periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the project team’s level of implementation of processes, PECP, impact reducing mitigation and management activities. This solution will also reduce late delivery of critical equipment.

Our internationally located Project Engineers will attend and report on Factory Acceptance Testing at international supplier’s and manufacturer’s sites.

The management of phase changes throughout the project is critical to the success of the project. Our Ènergizer solution provides a means to plan and manage the crucial final phases of the project.

A project can begin with the execution phase followed by the mechanically complete phase, the pre-commissioning phase, the commissioning phase and ends with the handover and start up of operations phase.

Hindsight can be a great educator and our Èdge-ucator solution is a service designed to ensure that critical lessons learned are captured. This is analysed and reported in a format which will enable knowledge transfer from project to project.

Due to the temporary nature of projects, project personnel are quickly dispersed during the close out phase, this phase is also often the busiest for the project teams.

Our independent Project Specialists use our specifically designed data gathering tool to collect key performance information and analyse the data against pre-determined and agreed criteria.

Our service allows the project team to focus on the delivery of the project, collect and analyse lessons while maintaining flexibility of staffing levels.
