project improvement. Utilizing analysed

essential. Hindsight can be a great educator and our Èdge-ucator solution is a service designed to ensure
that critical lessons learned are captured. This is
analysed and reported in a format which will enable
knowledge transfer from project to project.
Due to the temporary nature of
projects, project personnel are quickly dispersed during
the close out phase, this phase is also often the
busiest for the project teams.
Our independent Project Specialists
use our specifically designed data gathering tool to
collect key performance information and analyse the data
against pre-determined and agreed criteria.
Our service allows the project team
to focus on the delivery of the project, collect and
analyse lessons while maintaining flexibility of
staffing levels.
