Towards a Common Culture

Building a firm that is seamlessly integrated across time zones and cultures, like ours, presents daunting obstacles. One of the most vexing for instance, a globally integrated firm cannot allow corrupt practices by employees anywhere. Also, it cannot enforce religious practices and holidays, or different ways of life, so it must preach tolerance. A policy of non-discrimination based on gender must be implemented everywhere.

As part of the on-going efforts to integrate our company across national and cultural boundaries, we expect shortly to circulate a Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Practices. In return for the opportunities that Èpeus brings you, the Code calls for your pledge of observing high standards of professionalism and integrity towards our clients and this company and respect and courtesy to fellow workers.
